I recently stayed at Mamaison Residence Belgicka Prague for a business trip, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hotel was chosen by my director, and I can understand why. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was ideal. It was centrally located, making it easy for me to navigate the city and attend my business meetings without any hassle. Lastly, the facilities at Mamaison Residence Belgicka Prague were top-notch. The health care treatments provided at the facilities were a great bonus, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of work.

During check-in, I was informed that housekeeping services were not included in our stay.

Spacious enough double room (room number 27). Room cleanliness. Pleasant bathroom design. Excellent location: close to many good cafes and restaurants, five minutes walk to the metro station "Náměstí Míru". Work of the female half at the reception desk, which is diametrically different from the work of young people. I write in this way because I observed unprofessionalism from the side of not only one night porter: a young man, with whom my husband and I politely said hello the day after arrival, passing by him in the lobby of the hotel, honored us with only a silent "royal" nod of the head. And this in response to our words "Good evening"! I unwittingly recall the good upbringing of the employees of other hotels - really corresponding to the four stars - who immediately get up from their seats when guests address them with any questions ... . I repeat: the female half of the employees of this hotel are distinguished by good manners, friendliness and friendly attitude. I'm writing this because I was watching all this when I left the hotel.

Absolutely indifferent attitude of the night porter to his guests. I explain why I characterize their work like this. When we arrived in Prague in the evening and knowing that the workers at the reception call a taxi for hotel guests, we made a similar request by phone to a young man working at that time. He promised to do so... After waiting for over 15 minutes, we called him back to find out about the time of arrival of the car, to which he replied that he did not know. We were surprised, because the arrival of the car is usually reported or texted by the dispatcher. That's why we already called the company's night porter on the Internet to find out when the car arrived. And how we were discouraged to hear that there was no order at the address we called, ie, we could continue to stand and wait, and wait .... Later, on arriving at the hotel, our next "surprise" was waiting for us - a smoky room (room 16), even though all rooms at the hotel were non-smoking. Asking the night porter to come up to our room and expressing his refusal to check in, the young man who agreed with us that the room is soaked in tobacco, we only heard the answer that all rooms are busy. With my experience in this area, I reminded him of the responsibilities of specific hotel employees, and only then did he go downstairs to see once again how room reservations were doing. In short, it was only as a result of these long and tedious "negotiations" that we got another room for one night - an unsmokeable suite. The next day, before we left the room, we approached the reception, where a girl named Clara started her work. And she was the one for whom thank you so much! - She "sorted it out": she apologized for the situation and agreed with the maid that the first thing to do was to remove the double room, which we originally had to check in, and we would not have to waste time waiting.

Completely happy with this hotel. Perfect location, nice and friendly staff, clean apartments including all that one might need for a comfortable stay. I will likely choose this apartments for the next time I visit Prague.

Breakfast is not worth it's money. However I've had a pleasure having my own breakfast (apartments included cooker, microwave and toast machine), nearest food store is just in a minute walk from the hotel.

Spacious and well-equipped rooms with separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Great location near a beautiful square and convenient tram line. Helpful staff and tasteful design throughout the hotel. Clean and spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere. Convenient amenities such as a safe and a great shower. Perfect for business trips with a small kitchenette and ample space. Lovely and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city center. Will definitely stay here again.

Location was good. Self catering facilities were excellent. Bed comfortable ,Room size and design lovely. Laundry and gym and sauna all very good and private. Close to shops and restuarants.

The rooms at Mamaison Residence Belgicka Prague are absolutely fantastic! The spacious studio apartments are designed with Feng Shui principles in mind, creating a soothing and calming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchenette is a great addition, allowing me to prepare my own meals. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the gym. It didn't have the specific equipment I was looking for.

Lovely one bedroom apartment far more spacious than I imagined. Staff very friendly and helpful.I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 3 days on a business trip and Mamaison was perfect. The room had a small kitchenette, a proper table, and lots of space. It was very quiet and the location in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood was convenient for getting to the city center. I'll stay here again. Beautiful modern apartment in a historic building with all amenities, well located close to great shops, cafes, and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Will definitely return!

Clean, spacious, and recently renovated room. Well-equipped kitchen. Good noise isolation. Excellent location for work and walking dogs. Modern apartment in historic building. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice sauna. Well-equipped apartment for longer stays. Beautiful room with waterfall.

We stayed in a studio apartment with a kitchen and the facilities were excellent. The room was large and spacious for the week we were there. A lovely big bathrooom and very comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals and the price was excellent. There was also a small gym that we could use as well as washer and dryer facilities free of charge. Excellent high speed wifi in all the . I would recommend this place to anyone.

They didn't have a daily turn down service, which was fine, however we had to go and ask for more toilet paper and also get our kitchen bin emptied. There was a sign in the bathroom that said the towels would be changed twice a week, but it only happened once and we were there for 8 nights. Very minor things in the long run though as everything else was outstanding.

We were pleasantly surprised by our upgrade upon arrival at Mamaison. Although there was no AC in the room, the efficient staff quickly provided us with fans. The spaciousness of our room made up for any inconvenience. The location was perfect, with many great restaurants nearby. The helpful reception staff and 24/7 availability were a bonus. Despite a small exchange rate issue, our overall stay was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel. a great place to stay!

Lovely big rooms, clean and modern. Location excellent, quiet and safe but only 15 min walk to the old town. Local pub food cheap and non-touristy. Stayed in this area before and would always use this hotel now.
